In the event of a Contractor failing to conform with cross compliance legislation, a farm maybe penalised a percentage of its area subsidy payments. This may range from 3% to 100%.

With effect of 1st August 2007, our Public Liability has been extended to include a financial loss indemnity of up to £250,000.
